At EE&A we look at dispute resolution holistically. We understand the psychology of disputes and recognise that disputes are a necessary consequence of human interactions. As such we do not believe that every dispute should be resolved by litigation. We believe that when disputes arise it is in the interest of the parties to settle amicably and promptly. As such we embrace all forms of dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and resort to litigation only when it is expedient that we do so.
