Ebele Egbarin & Associates was part of a consortium of law firms engaged by the Senate Committee on Judicial Matters to recommend and advise it on the repugnancy of some Nigerian Laws. Our recommendations contributed to the committee’s final report to the National Assembly on some laws that required review.
We have attended several Public Hearing sessions of various committees of the National Assembly on behalf of our clients and have garnered valuable experience in the workings of the National Assembly.
