More recently we represented an individual against a multinational Oil and Gas company over an incident involving personal injury and corporate liability. The matter was settled out-of-court and our clients were compensated.
We advised and drafted Employee Benefit Plans for a Nigerian blue chip company, and also drafted an Employee Bursary Agreement for an indigenous telecoms company.
